Treating Your Customers Right

I believe that the customers are ALWAYS right! If you were to go to a hotel and go into your nonsmoking room and come back and tell the front desk that your room had been smoked it, what would you expect them to do? How would you react if they told you that it had not been smoked it and they refused to move you? I am thinking you probably wouldn't be happy.

I believe in allowing my customers to return their products if they are not 100% happy even if I know there is nothing wrong with the product. My main goal as a distributor is to keep my customers happy allowing them to return when they need more products.

If you are not receiving the same satisfaction, then you should rethink who you are working with. It is very important for you to believe in products and the company you are purchasing from.
